- Full payment required before Check-in; Room granted only if no payment is due.
Cancellation & Retention Policy:
- 30% of package will be charged, if cancellations are done 15 days & above, from the date
arrival. - 50% of package will be charged, if cancellations are done during 7 to 15 days, from the

- 100% retention, if cancellations are done during 0-7 days, from date of arrival and for no-
