Terms & Conditions

1- All guests' 'photo with home address' identities are required at the time of check-in, as per the Govt directive PAN card is not accepted for address proof
2- Hotel's Check-in Time is 14:00 Hours & Check-out time is 11:00 Noon.
3- All room bookings wherein the expected time of arrival is 0800 Hrs, room needs to be pre-blocked a day before arrival date. There is No Guarantee of early room allotment.
4- In anticipating arrival later than 03:00 PM please inform the hotel as soon as possible, failure the same- booking may get released.
5- In case of non-arrival hotel reserves the right to charge the entire duration of stay as per the discretion of the Hotel Management.
6- Child up to the age of 05 years can be accommodated in the same room with our compliments. For 06-12 years child Extra bed is optional at the extra cost of Rs 1000/- but Rs 500/- chargeable for breakfast and accommodation charge.

7- In case of booking cancellation within 24 hours - 50% chargeable and on same day cancellation or No Show - first night will be fully chargeable.

8- Above special rates are not applicable for “Marriage & Conference Bookings”.

9-Any sudden extension of booking is subject to availability of the room and its category. Early Check-in or Late Check-out is always subject to availability.  

10- Any Cancellation received 03 days prior to the arrival would be attracting no retention.
11- Cancellations received within 03 days of arrival would attract 100% of retention.
