Payment Policy

50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Important Information

Check-in at hotel starts from 14:00 hrs./ Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.

Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
You will receive all travel vouchers required for your flights and accommodation shortly afterwards.
Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charge may apply.

Tour Timeline

    Day 1 : Delhi-Manali by volvo (overnight journey) // (580 kms/12-13 hrs.)

    Today at evening reach at volvo pick up point at R K Ashram Metro station/Majnu ka Tila (on your own) and proceed for Manali. The volvo offers the following amenities like-A/c Semi sleeper. LCD TV, Push back seats, water bottle, blankets.

    Day 2 : Arrival in Manali + local city tours

    After reaching Manali around 10-11 AM, get transfer to hotel and check-in and relax, later proceed for half-day city tours, visit to Hadimba, Vashishta Temple and hot sulphur springs, the tibetan Monastery, The club house later back to hotel and have dinner.

    Day 3 : Trip to Solang Valley included & Rohtang pass on direct payment basis

    After breakfast, proceed to visit Solang valley which is famous for its natural beauty and adventure sports activities. You can enjoy activities like Paragliding, Zorbing, snow scooter, Ropeway ride, River crossing, horse riding etc. later back to hotel have dinner Or you can opt for Rohtang pass on direct payment basis. Rohtang pass is closed on Tuesday. it is situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above the sea level.

    Day 4 : Manali - Kullu Naggar - Manali

    After breakfast, proceed to visit Kullu Shawl factory to learn the art of ancient artisans, you can also enjoy white water rafting at Babeli kullu, later back to hotel have dinner. OR you can opt for Kasol/Manikaran tour on direct payment basis or on additional cost.

    Day 5 : Manali- Delhi departure (Overnight journey)

    After a hearty breakfast, check-out from hotel at 12.00 pm and transfer to volvo stand then you can spend your leisure day at Manali Mall road can do shopping and later at evening catch the volvo for Delhi. Journey Overnight.
