Payment Policy

50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
You will receive all travel vouchers required for your flights and accommodation shortly afterwards.
Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charge may apply.

    Day 1 : Delhi/Chandigarh to Shimla

    Today pick up from Delhi or Chandigarh airport/Rly station and proceed to Shimla by private cab. Check in to hotel and relax. At evening visit Mall road by, Christ Church by foot (if time permits) later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at hotel.

    Day 2 : SHIMLA & KUFRI & NALDERA SIGHTSEEING

    After breakfast get ready for Shimla Local Sightseeing & Kufri Naldera Visit: Kali Bari Temple, Shimla State Museum Summer Hill Mall Road, Christ Church, Jakhoo Hill, Indian Institute Of Advanced Study After that, Driver will drop you at Your Hotel in the Evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at hoteL.

    Day 3 : SHIMLA TO MANALI

    After Breakfast, check out from hotel & proceed to Manali via kullu. Visit Kullu-Valley, Beas River, Dussehra Maidan etc. You can also enjoy Paragliding in Kullu, River Rafting at Beas River by your own expense. On Arrival at Manali, check in to the hotel and take Rest. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

    Day 4 : SOLANG VALLEY-ATAL TUNNEL

    Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang, Him Valley and Nehru Kund.     After Breakfast Check out from hotel and Proceed to Dharamshala. It Will Take 7-8 Hours to reach. We will take a Stop at Woolen Cloths factory from where you can Do Shoping and get good Discount. Upon Arrival late Evening, Check-in to hotel and take Rest. Overnight stay in Dharamshala Hotel.

    Day 7 : MCLEODGANJ SIGHTSEEING & DALHOUSIE

    After Breakfast Check out from hotel, Get Ready for Local Sightseeing of Dharamshala & McLeod Ganj Visit: Dalai lama Temple, Bhagsu Nagg Temple, Bhagsu Nagg Waterfall, Naddi, Dal Lake, HPCA Stadium, Churh of St. John. In Evening, we will go to India-Pakistan Attari Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Attari Wagah, an army Joint Check Post on India-Pakistan border. After that, Return back to hotel.
