100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Check-in at hotel starts from 14:00 hrs./ Check-out time is until 12:00 hrs.

You will receive all travel vouchers required for your flights and accommodation shortly afterwards.
Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charge may apply.

 

Tour Timeline

  • 1
    Day 1 : Delhi/Chandigarh to Shimla transfer

    Today pick up from Delhi or Chandigarh airport/Rly station and proceed to Shimla by private cab. Check in to hotel and relax. At evening visit Mall road by, Christ Church by foot (if time permits) later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at hotel.

    Day 2 : Shimla - Kufri Sightseeing -Shimla

    After breakfast we will explore local sightseeing of Shimla like, Sankat Mochan temple, parliament and local market, The Ridge, Mall Road, Scandal Point by foot, Also we will visit to Kufri (subject to weather condition) and do sightseeing/adventure activities like: Poni ride, yak ride later back to hotel have Dinner on time and Overnight stay at hotel.

    Day 3 : Shimla-Manali via kullu and local sightseeing (250 Kms-8 hrs.)

    Today morning after breakfast proceed for Manali. Enjoy beautiful mountain view journey from Shimla to Manali enroute do local sightseeeing in kullu -beas river, Dussehra maidan etc. On arrival in Manali check in to hotel and relax. Overnight stay at hotel. You can also visit to Kasol manikaran (at additional cost) while coming to Manali from Shimla.

    Day 4 : Solang Valley Sightseeing included & Rohtang Pass visit on direct payment basis

    After breakfast proceed to Solang valley (subject to weather condition) you can do adventure activities there like: Paragliding, Zorbing, Skiing, Horse riding, Cable car ropeway at your own cost. Later you can visit to Rohtang pass (subject to approval of administration & weather condition) on direct payment basis. Later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at Hotel.

    Day 5 : Manali Local sightseeing (Half day)

    After Breakfast visit local places in Manali like: Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Temple, Tibetan Monasteries, Club house, Mall road and do the shopping. Later visit to hotel enjoy your evening leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

    Day 6 : Manali to Chandigarh/Delhi drop off
