Payment Policy

50% payment at the time of booking of land package cost.
100% payment of flight ticket at the time of booking (if applicable in tour component)
Balance 25% - 30 days prior to travel date
Balance 25% - 21 days prior to travel date (in case International travel)
Balance 25% - 15 days prior to travel date (in case Domestic travel)
100% payment at the time of booking, if flights / hotels are non-refundable. 
100% payment must be settled before the departure date if failed, services will be not started or cancelled by us.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Once your payment has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
You will receive all travel vouchers required for your flights and accommodation shortly afterwards.
Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.
If pick up and drop is between 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, additional charge may apply.

    Day 01: Delhi

    You will be received at Delhi airport and transfer to hotel for rest. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Delhi.

    Day 02: Delhi

    We take a sight seeing tour of Old Delhi & New Delhi, which includes the Historic Red Fort, Purana Quila, Qutab Minar, Jama Maszid, Chandni Chowk, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House and Lakshmi Narayan Temple among other attractions.

    Day 03 & 04: Delhi

    For both of days we explore the museums of Delhi, which are as follows: Air Force Museum - Houses a rich collection of memorabilia of Indian Military Aviation and displays the history of Indian Air Force. Crafts Museum - Has galleries displaying India's rich tradition of handicrafts. Gandhi Museum - Situated opposite to Raj Ghat is dedicated to the Father of the Nation, the museum contains some of his personal belongings. Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum - The museum conserves some of the belongings of Indira Gandhi, including the sari she was wearing when she was assassinated. National Museum - Delhi's largest museum and provides vast storehouse of information of India's history and culture. Packed with exhibits ranging over five thousand year. Red Fort Archaeological Museum - Situated in Mumtaz Mahal, Red Fort and comprises of a collection of rare arte facts from the Mughal period. National Museum of Natural History - Small but well-assembled introduction to India's natural heritage and excellent for initiating children into the study of flora and fauna. A Discovery Room offers children the opportunity to handle specimens and take part in creative activities such as animal modelling. Shankar's International Dolls Museum - About 6,000 dolls collected from over 85 countries and a third of the collection has been gathered from different parts of India. Nehru Museum & Planetorium - The museum is a fascinating place to learn about the history of the Independence Movement. There are several photographs of the erstwhile Prime Minister, giving an account of his life. The Planetarium - The Planetarium is a great place to learn about the Space Program of India, the Universe and to see the Capsule that took Rakesh Sharma to space. National Philatelic Museum - The Museum has an extensive stamp collection including the first stamp issued in India by the Sindh Dak (1854) and stamps issued before Independence by the rulers of the Princely States National Rail Museum - The Museum is a must for rail buffs. There are models of train engines and coaches and it is a train-lovers delight. Its pride is a model of India's very first train, a steam engine that made its journey from Mumbai to Thane in 1853. The locomotives here are all displayed in the open. Sangeet Natak Akademi - India's premier institution for music ('sangeet'), dance ('natak') and the performing arts, Sangeet Natak Akademi is more a resource centre than a museum, with a large audio-visual archive. Sanskriti Museum - The museum comprises of two parts, Sanksriti Museum of Indian Terracotta and Sanskriti Museum of Everyday Art. Tibet House - The House has a collection of artefacts brought from Tibet when the Dalai Lama fled from there. The National Gallery Of Modern Art - Museum has a splendid collection of contemporary art. The National Gallery of Modern Art, housed in the residence of Jaipur's former maharajas has a superb collection of paintings dating from 150 years ago to the present day.

    Day 04: Agra

    After breakfast drive to Agra visiting Sikandra enroute. Arrival at Agra and check in hotel. After wards set out to visit Taj Mahal, Red Fort with some other attractions of the place. Overnight at Agra.

    Day 05: Bharatpur

    In the morning drive for next destination visiting Fatehpur Sikari enroute. After checking in hotel at Bharatpur set inside the bird sanctuary to explore the birds. After lunch visit Government Museum - located in the centre of the famous Lohagarh Fort, which has a rich collection of archaeological wealth of the nearby areas as well as from the old Bharatpur State.

    Day 06: Jaipur

    We continue with our journey towards Pink City. Arrival and check in hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening we drive up to Nahargarh fort and take a breathtaking view of sprawling Pink City getting red at sunset and from there drive for a spectacular folk dance and music with traditional Rajasthani dinner in a typical rural setting. Over night at hotel.

    Day 07: Jaipur

    After breakfast we drive out to explore the immaculately planned city of Sawai Jai Singh II still alive with Colour, Joy, Regality, People, Art and Culture. We visit the busy Bazaars, the Hawamahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. After lunch we visit Amber, which is the old capital of Jaipur. We climb up the fort on elephant back befitting the style of a Maharaja. After seeing the beautiful fort, Jagat Shiromani temple and the Jalmahal we return back to the hotel for overnight stay. Overnight at Jaipur. Alongwith the above sightseeing we also cover following museums of Jaipur: Central Museum, Albert Hall - is the oldest Museum in the State. The various sections represented in the museum are: Art and Industry (ii) Armoury (iii) Textiles (iv) Carpets (v) Paintings (vi) Geology (vii) Zoology (viii) Botany and (ix) Toys & Dolls. Museum of Indology - has a collection of Folk and Tantra art. The eighteen sections of this three storeyed private museum include old manuscripts and archives, thematic folk art of India, Indian textile designs, Tantrik paintings and 'yantras', glass and pottery items, minerals, gems and fossils etc. Dolls Museum - Where dolls from various countries are on display in the compound of the school for deaf and dumb children, near the Police Memorial. Hawa Mahal Museum - was set up in the year 1983. Preserved here, is the sculptural heritage collected from Ganeshwar, Virat Nagar, Raid, Sambhar and Museum of Indology, Jaipur Nagar. Maharaja Sawai Mansingh (II) Museum - in the City Palace complex was founded in 1959 by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II. The exhibits comprise of the ancestral collections built up by the successive rulers of Amer and Jaipur. Archaeological Museum at Amber - which was established in 1949 and is divided into three very good sections: 1. Archaeological section 2. Sculpture section 3. Epigraphy section.

    Day 08: Sariska

    After breakfast drive for next destination visiting enroute Virat Nagar Museum - The museum, although not very large has the richest collection. The excavated material likes potteries, pikkins, old coins, seals, metallic pieces, weapons and statues have been exhibited here. Arrival at Sariska and check in hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Sariska.

    Day 09: Sariska

    For the day we will explore the flora and fauna of Sariska National Park and of course will shoot the tigers in our camera. Overnight at Sariska.

    Day 10: Delhi

    After breakfast we take short excursion to Alwar for its Government Museum, which is housed in the old City Palace, has a unique collection of arms, Bidri work, lacquered and ivory work, musical instruments, stuffed animals, beautiful brass and pottery works from Jaipur, Multan, Bengal and Ceylon, miniature paintings and Persian and Sanskrit manuscripts. After returning back, we straight drive towards Delhi. Upon arrival, check in hotel. Overnight at Delhi.

    Day 11: Delhi

    After Breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi with sweet memories and we will drop you off at Airport/railway station. Our services ends here. Happy Journey !
