Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.

Day 1 : Delhi/Chandigarh to Shimla transfer
Today pick up from Delhi or Chandigarh airport/Rly station and proceed to Shimla by private cab. Check in to hotel and relax. At evening visit Mall road by, Christ Church by foot (if time permits) later back to Hotel have dinner on time and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Shimla - Kufri Sightseeing -Shimla
Have a healthy breakfast at the Shimla’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Shimla Kufri Sightseeings. Enjoy your day trip to Kufri. Kufri is all season place – winters are packed with snow adventures whereas summers are brimmed with colourful meadows. Kufri also has a Himalayan Wildlife Zoo where one can spot Himalayan Monal, felines, birds and rare antelopes. To make your trip even more amusing do not forget to visit Kufri Fun Park which will definitely gets your adrenal rush running (Entry & activities on your own cost). After such a joyful time, Places to cover in Shimla will be Jakhu Temple, Vice regal lodge & botanical gardens, Also you will cover Places by walking The Mall, Johnnie’s wax museum, Scandal Point, Ridge, Gaiety theatre, Heritage Museum, Lakkar Bazaar, Rani Jhansi Park and Christ Church. you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Shimla.

Day 3 : Shimla to Chandigarh/Delhi drop off
After Breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Chandigarh or Delhi with sweet memories and we will drop you off at Airport/railway station. Our services ends here. Happy Journey !!
