Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one room with an extra bed or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years of age.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
Any change in itinerary/stay due to flight delay/cancel, ill health, road blocks/strikes or any factors beyond control – Shall not be adjusted/reimbursed or refunded.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original (Passport/Voter id).
AC of vehicle will be switched off in Hilly Area.
We may provide similar hotels/rooms in case of non-availability in given hotels.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
Vehicle provided during the tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified/common route.

Day 1 : Delhi to Dharamshala transfer

Begin your wonderful vacation in Himachal & Reach Dharamshala within 15 hours and check in into the hotel. Spend the evening exploring the place on your own. Have dinner & Overnight stay.

Day 2 : Welcome to Dharamshala & Local Sightseeing
Have a healthy breakfast at the Dharamshala’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to cover Mcleodganj, Tsuglagkhang complex. It is the official residence of 14th Dalai Lama which also hosts Namgyal Gompa, Tibet museum, library, café and a souvenir shop. Experience the serenity in the adopted home town of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Other interesting places to cover in Dharamshala will be Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium and local market. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dharamshala.

Day 3 : Dharamshala Palampur Sightseeing
Have a healthy breakfast at the Dharamshala’s hotel. Today you will be taking a day tour to Palmpur sightseeing. Proceed to cover Chamunda Devi Temple. The name is derived from Chanda and Munda which were the two Rakshasa killed by mighty Devi. Later have some fun in Gopalpur Zoo and also lays out in Palmpur Tea Gardens. By evening you will be escort back to hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel of Dharamshala.

Day 4 : Dharamshala to Delhi drop off
After Breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi with sweet memories and we will drop you off at Airport/railway station. Our services ends here. Happy Journey !!
